Linda authored the DOE Order on radioactive waste and led its revision, showcasing her skill in managing all aspects of Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLW) regulatory processes. Currently consulting for the DOE, its sites, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), she focuses on improving LLW management and disposal safety.

Throughout his career, Roland has worked on radiation detection, measurement, and analysis, developing cutting edge capabilities in this space. During his tenure as the Manager of the Waste Characterisation section at ANSTO, he was responsible for the characterization of all operational radioactive waste from the OPAL reactor and the waste from nuclear medicine production. He is currently the Managing Director of Radiation Saunders and leads the provision of cutting-edge equipment for the detection, measurement, and monitoring of ionizing radiation across Australia.
